Pilot Program

A pilot program in the South Side of Chicago will allow AT&T customers to receive a considerable discount. The discount has one requirement: the calls of phone users will be lived streamed on AT&T'S audio only streaming service: Rabbit.

AT&T noted that this is a wonderful opportunity for customers to receive discounts--prices are high and some people are unemployed, looking for employment.

Others note that this is a tactic that takes advantage of the undeserved and will have a ripple effect on communities in the South Side.

WLS-TV 7 interviewed  Everett James of South Chicago: I'm gawn sign up fosho. I do got some homes locked up in prison that call on the weekly. I suppose their  families can just go on the internet and hear our conversation--visit that way and they won't have to travel to visit them.

AT&T has not responded to policies regarding calling prisoners.

Another person,  who asked us to use the alias Melissa Gilbert stated, "To be transparent, I'll use it but I actually fear that my affair will be revealed."

AT&T has stated that users will be able to "Chase" a streamer, a synonym for following. This will allow "Chasers" to follow the conversation history of people of interest.

Streamer aren't allowed to block "Chasers."

AT&T noted that "Chasers" can't comment.  There's no reason to allow streamers to prevent anyone from listening.

The actual names of streamers will be used-- no nicknames,  etc.

AT&T has noted that "Chasers" can deposit "Carrots," AT&T'S virtual currency,  to imcentivize streamers.
